First you need to go to Integrations. You do that by clicking here.

Inside Personio you need to give access to the following fields under Access Rights

  • Employees (Read)

  • Attendances (Read)

  • Time Off (Read)

  • Compensations (Read)

  • Org Units (Read)

  • Legal Entities (Read)

  • Cost Centers (Read)

Under Access Rights there is also a list of Readable Employee Attributes.

We recommend selecting Select All, but if you have hard restrictions assure that at least the following are selected

  • Social Security Number

  • Address

  • Post code

  • City

In order for Personio to move data to Salary properly you need to map the following fields:

  • CompanyName

  • NationalID

  • EmployeeNumber

  • Email

  • Address

  • PostalCode

  • City

  • BankRegistrationNumber

  • BankAccountNumber

  • BenefitFreePhone

  • BenefitLunch

  • BenefitHealth

  • LeaveVacationAccrual

  • LeaveVacationFund

  • LeaveSick

  • LeaveDayOff

  • LeaveExtraDay

  • LeavePersonalDay

  • LeaveUnpaid

  • PayrollProvider

    • Note: This field is custom and the value must be set to "Salary"

  • Status (Employee status)

    • This field needs to be set to "Active", so that we know the employee is relevant

Please note that just because a data point does not progress from listening, it does not mean that it is not included, but simply that it is included automatically.
