Note: This is a Premium feature.

The Vacation Overview function allows employees to add the company’s absence calendar to their existing calendar (Google Calendar or Outlook) via a link found in the employee app.
This way, colleagues’ vacation days are automatically synchronized into their own calendar.

Visibility Settings

Under Company → Vacation Settings, the company can choose what level of visibility should apply to the vacation overview:

  • Absence for all employees

  • Absence for employees in the same department only

  • Own vacation only

Guide:

1. Go to Company and click on Holiday Settings.

2. Use the dropdown menu under Access to absence calendar for employees to select the desired visibility setting, then click Save changes.
