In Salary, you have the option to automatically retrieve master data such as name and address directly from the CPR register. Simply enter the employee’s CPR number, and the fields will be filled in automatically.
You cannot perform CPR lookups on employees with name and address protection. In such cases, an error message will be displayed, and the master data must be entered manually instead.
The feature is also useful for validating whether the entered CPR number is correct, as an error will be returned if the number does not exist or is invalid.
Guide:
Click the green circular icon in the top right corner and select Account.
Click Confirm identity with MitID.
Enter your user ID and follow the instructions on the screen.
Once your identity has been confirmed, you can perform CPR lookups when creating new employees.
Go to the Employees tab and click Add employee.
Enter the employee’s CPR number and click the search icon. The name and address should then be filled in automatically.
