Q: What’s changing on May 1, 2025?
A: You’ll only be able to generate one payslip per month on the Free plan. To do more, upgrade to Basic.
Q: Can I buy additional payslips on the Free plan?
A: No – the Free plan is strictly limited to one payslip per month.
Q: Can I edit a payslip after it’s been approved?
A: Not on the Free plan. You must correct it manually in eIndkomst – or upgrade to Basic.
Q: What if the payslip is wrong?
A: Corrections must be made in eIndkomst. If you want to fix it in Salary, you’ll need to upgrade.
Q: What if I have multiple employees?
A: You can have multiple employees in the system, but only one can be paid per month on the Free plan.
Salaried staff: Put others on leave or switch to commission-based
Hourly staff: Delete their registered hours
