Shine Salary

Salary is a payroll and HR system and does not operate as a bank or payment institution.

We do not hold funds on behalf of our customers, and customer payroll funds are not held in accounts with Salary. Salary payments are made from the customer’s bank account via the customer’s bank or under payment agreements. Therefore, this part of our service does not require a banking license.
