Starting May 1, 2025, you can only generate one payslip per month on the Free plan. This means:

  • You cannot purchase additional payslips on the Free plan.

  • You cannot correct a payslip once it has been approved and reported to eIndkomst.

  • If you need to issue more than one payslip per month (e.g., due to errors or for multiple employees), you’ll need to upgrade to the Basic plan. Upgrade to Basic here.

    FAQ

Q: What exactly changes on May 1, 2025?
A: You’ll only be able to create one payslip per month on the Free plan. If you need more, you must upgrade to Basic.

Q: How much does the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th payslip cost on Free?
A: Additional payslips cannot be purchased on the Free plan – it’s strictly limited to one per month.

Q: Can I edit or correct a payslip after it’s been processed?
A: No. On the Free plan, you cannot make corrections once a payslip has been submitted. Please double-check everything before approving payroll.

Q: What if a payslip was submitted with an error?
A: You must make the correction directly in eIndkomst. If you want to correct it within Salary, you need to upgrade to Basic.

Q: What if I have multiple employees?
A: You can still have multiple employees set up, but you can only run payroll for one employee per month on Free.
If you have more than one employee included in payroll:

    • For salaried employees: Put the others on leave (see guide) or switch them to commission-based.

    • For hourly employees: Delete their hours.

Once only one employee remains active, you can proceed with payroll approval.

Q: How do I upgrade to Basic to create more payslips?
A: You can upgrade to Basic by following this link.

Would you like help rewriting this in a shorter or more promotional format?
