With the HiBob HR system and Salary, employee data can be automatically synchronized to Salary for payroll processing and any other functions you choose to manage in Salary.
Guide
1. Create a service user in HiBob and obtain the user ID.
2. Copy the service user's token.
3. Go to Integrations → Data Provider and select HiBob.
4. Select Hibob as the data provider
5. Enter the Service User ID and Token from HiBob (Steps 1 and 2).
6. Map fields between HiBob and Salary.
You must now map fields in HiBob to the corresponding fields in Salary. For example, the monthly salary for salaried employees will be set to the value in the HiBob field it is mapped to.

LeaveVacationAccrual — Holiday Accrual
LeaveVacationFund — Holiday Pay
LeaveSick — Sick Leave
LeaveDayOff — Day Off
LeaveExtraDay — Additional Day Off
LeavePersonalDay — Personal Day

Please note that if a data point is not shown in the list, this does not mean it will not be included. It may simply be transferred automatically.
You are now ready to import employee data from HiBob into Salary.
7. Import/Update Employees
8. Select the employees you want to import from the list.
After the first import, make sure to verify that the data has been imported correctly into Salary. Employee data is synchronized based on the information in HiBob, so any incorrect data in HiBob will also be reflected in Salary.
