If you were previously set up to pay invoices by payment card but no longer pay by card, you can delete it in the system. You can do this under Company and then under Invoices. Here you will find the option to delete the payment card.
There are 2 options for paying invoices: via transfer service or payment card. If you previously had a payment card registered, but have since switched to transfer service for invoice payment, you can delete the card. If you simply need to change/update card details, you should use the Change payment card function.
OBS: If you are on our Basic or Premium pricing plans, a payment solution must always be linked to the invoice in order to run payroll. You should therefore not delete the card if there is no transfer service agreement in place, or if you want to update the card and still wish to run payroll.
